Oceanside Gateway Business Park Parcel 2- 26 concrete tilt-ups warehouse and office build out and the construction of the backbone utilities and streets.

 

Oceanside Gateway Business Park Parcel 4-8 concrete tilt-up business park office buildings, and the construction of the backbone utilities and streets.

 

Ortega Ranch Business Park- Ortega Ranch Business Park includes 12 concrete tilt-up buildings 160,000 Sq. Ft. split between two parcels.

 

Valle Ranch Business Park- 8,000 Sq. Ft the project was built into the slope on a hill, allowing for ground floor access to each floor of the two-story office suites.

 

Oceanside Gateway Business Park Parcel 3- 140,000 sq. ft. construction of 8 concrete tilt-up business park office buildings and the construction of the backbone utilities and streets.

 

Pacific Mutual--Pacific Financial Plaza- A $2M renovation of entry and elevator lobbies comprised of four types of stone for floor and wall treatments, Bronze archways, curtain walls, elevator cabs and fronts and office entries in two fully occupied seven story office towers.

 

Toyota Motor Sales- A$25M automobile design studio and office building. Amenities included precast concrete, metal panels, imported hand made ceramic tile, glazed curtain walls and a water feature. Furnishings included 3-D projectors, sound studio equipment, computerized clay molding tables, 8’ diameter turntables, CADD plotter tables, paint spray booths and artwork.
